Job description:

Respond to emergency situations and provide ambulance transportation of remains, transfers, patient transports to and from aeromedical evacuation sites, and field ambulance services in accordance with Army Regulation.  Provide advanced life support to the ill or injured in a ground ambulance environment within established Standards of Medical Care.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Paramedic personnel shall meet all requirements established by the State of Texas or the NREMT; have at least one - year paramedic experience; have licenses corresponding to the individual’s level of training; and have current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certifications for healthcare providers issued by the American Heart Association. Personnel shall also have Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) issued by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT)
